Role Overview
TM Forum are recruiting for an Executive Assistant (EA) to our CEO. As the EA to the CEO, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and effective time management for our CEO within our global, hybrid-working environment. Collaborating closely with the Commercial Operating Officer, you'll oversee the CEO's schedule and serve as the central point of contact for the Board.
Your responsibilities will include managing the CEO's calendar, organizing travel arrangements and overseeing task tracking. Additionally, you'll play a key role in coordinating with the Executive Engagement Director (EED) to facilitate communication with the Chair of the Board and other board members. Your contributions will be crucial in maintaining the efficiency of our organization's leadership team.
