  • Prepare and organise materials for executive meetings, including agendas, presentations and reports.
  • Manage the CEO's inbox as delegated, prioritising and flagging urgent tasks and ensuring followthrough to completion.
  • Actively ensure stakeholders are meeting deadlines set by the CEO and hold stakeholders accountable to agreed actions as needed.
  • Act as the liaison between the CEO, the wider executive team and the business, managing communication and ensuring follow-up on key tasks.
  • Draft, review and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents on behalf of the CEO and C‑Suite.
  • Manage the flow of information to the C‑Suite, ensuring executives are informed of critical issues and updates in a timely manner.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality at all times in relation to board matters, commercial decisions and all executive communications.
  • Welcome and manage VIP visitors and guests on behalf of the CEO, ensuring a warm and professional first impression befitting the Bremont brand.
Meeting & Event Coordination
  • Plan and coordinate C‑Suite meetings, ensuring all logistics, materials and attendees are in place.
  • Coordinate and manage board meetings, including preparation of board packs, liaison with board members and ensuring all logistics are in place for a seamless meeting.
  • Organise and manage internal and external events as required.
General & Administrative
  • Perform general office duties including answering the telephone, filing, managing expenses and processing invoices.
  • Provide personal assistance to the CEO as required, including personal travel, appointments and ad‑hoc requests.
  • Support the onboarding of new C‑Suite members with practical set‑up and logistics as needed.

  • Any other duties that may reasonably be requested

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously without losing attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, able to draft high‑quality correspondence and communicate confidently on behalf of senior leaders
  • A proactive, anticipatory working style where you spot what needs doing before being asked and take ownership through to completion
  • High degree of personal integrity and discretion, with a track record of handling confidential and sensitive information with absolute professionalism
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including board members, external partners and senior leadership
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable adopting new tools and systems
