Job Description:

A professional, forward-thinking, and collaborative financial services firm based in Birmingham City Centre is seeking a hardworking, confident, and adaptable Personal Assistant to support two senior executives on a full-time, permanent basis (hybrid). Working as part of a close-knit PA network, the successful candidate will be a key part of the team and have exposure to senior-level leaders and decision-makers within a well-established and recognized financial services firm.

The successful candidate will have a mixture of solid administration and PA experience, ideally within a corporate environment.

Day-to-day duties may include (but are not limited to):

  1. Full diary and inbox management for two executives
  2. Complex calendar management and meeting coordination
  3. Financial management including expenses and invoicing
  4. Arranging UK and some international travel
  5. Taking minutes of meetings, setting action points, and liaising with stakeholders
  6. Acting as a gatekeeper and ambassador for the executives and their team
  7. Leading on project support

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of solid PA/EA experience within a corporate environment, complemented by other administrative experience. You will be a confident, articulate, and highly driven individual who can work both as part of a team and independently. Flexibility, adaptability, and strong IT skills are essential.
