Executive Assistant - Swindon, up to A£45,000 DOE

Salary: up to A£45,000

Please note, this role is 5 days onsite.

COREcruitment is working with a fantastic business who are based just north of Swindon.

Job Summary
This role is pivotal in providing high-level support to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the business operations and its leadership team. The Executive Assistant will work closely with business managers across various departments and offer direct support to the C-Suite team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Operations Support
    * Collaborate with business managers across key departments such as Events, Guest Services, HR, and Sales.
    * Support in identifying and addressing areas for improvement in business processes and operations.
    * Conduct research and compile data to enhance business efficiency and productivity.
    * Assist in planning and implementing strategies aimed at operational enhancement.
    * Coordinate events and meetings, ensuring logistics are handled smoothly.
    * Attend meetings, take notes, and track action items.
    * Assist in producing the company newsletter by gathering and collating information.
    * Support recruitment activities for the Managing Director.
    * Provide office management support as needed.
  2. Executive Assistance
    * Provide personal and professional support to the Chairman, including household-related tasks.
    * Manage inbox and scheduling for both the Chairman and Managing Director.
    * Maintain and organize calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements to ensure smooth daily operations.
