Hereward College in Tile Hill, Coventry is seeking an Executive Assistant & PA to provide high‑level administrative support to the executive office. You will manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings and events, and prepare professional documentation and presentations.

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the Executive Office, managing a diverse range of administrative, organisational and communication tasks. You will be an exceptionally organised problem solver with outstanding time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands in a fast‑paced environment. Experience of providing senior‑level executive, personal assistant or administrative support is essential, together with a proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build positive working relationships with colleagues, governors, external partners and stakeholders at all levels. You will be confident managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings and events, preparing professional documentation and presentations, and supporting senior leaders to work effectively.
A Level 2 qualification (GCSE Grade A–C/4–9 or equivalent) in English and Mathematics is essential. A Level 3 qualification in Business Administration or a related discipline is desirable. You must also possess advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications and the ability to utilise business‑related AI tools effectively.
