Join our Global Client Growth Practice team as an Executive Assistant supporting a senior leader within our Global Clients practice. This is a maternity cover contract starting in November 2025 for a period of 9-12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative and project support, maintaining confidentiality and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Efficiently manage the Transformation Lead’s schedule, anticipating changes and collaborating on meetings across various time zones.
• Oversee the Transformation Lead’s inbox, ensuring timely attention to important information.
• Coordinate the logistics of travel arrangements, maintaining adaptability for frequent changes.
• Organize meetings and social events, managing all logistical aspects.
• Maintain confidential files and assist in creating reports and presentations.
• Evaluate and improve existing processes with a forward-thinking approach.
• Act as a trusted contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support other EAs and senior executives as required, showcasing your adaptability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a global role.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills, adept at interacting with all levels of seniority.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
• Enthusiasm for the role and the organization, with a genuine interest in team morale.
