Job description

Many cancers and other diseases are caused, or resist treatment, because T cells can't recognize or target cells correctly. We're progressing first-in-class antigen modulators through the clinic, developed to treat disease by controlling T cell activation. Our technology modulates antigen presentation, flicking a switch inside cells to alter their appearance to the immune system.

This approach marks a fundamental shift in how we treat people living with autoimmune disorders, cancers and infectious diseases.

Role Overview:

We are recruiting a new Executive Assistant to join for 4 months from April to July 2026.

Our Executive Assistant team plays a key role in keeping everyone organized and aligned at Greywolf. Working closely with our Senior Leadership, we move quickly and wear many hats: planning, organizing, scheduling and streamlining daily operations to support our colleagues.

As a point of contact for external inquiries and a go-to for team support, you’ll manage busy calendars, coordinate events, arrange travel and ensure smooth office operations – no two days are the same but that’s what makes work exciting! This role will focus on supporting Clinical Operations and our Research team.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and Head of Research whilst also working closely with their respective teams.
  • Provide high-level, proactive diary management for CMO and Head of Research as well as being a key point of coordination for complex departmental schedules, liaising confidently with the wider EA team and external stakeholders.
  • Manage competing priorities across multiple time zones.
  • End-to-end planning and coordination of complex international and multi-stop travel.
  • Reconciliation of CMO expenses in a timely manner.
  • Help plan and deliver company-wide corporate and social events, managing budgets and suppliers.
  • Work closely with the CMO and Consultant Project Director to plan, coordinate, and deliver up to 7 advisory board meetings during the time you are with us.
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Expert diary, travel and logistics management, including international and multi-time-zone coordination.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence engaging at executive and board level.
  • Experience managing financial administration, including expenses, invoices and budget monitoring.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, highly discreet, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A start-up mindset and willingness to be agile and get involved in everything across the business.
  • Proficient in MS Outlook including advanced calendar, email and scheduling
What Sets You Apart:

You will have a passion for excellence in administrative support, a knack for finding simpler, more effective ways to work and strong communication skills that foster collaboration across teams.
