The role involves high-level support to the Executive Leadership Team, managing diaries, arranging meetings, and handling various administrative duties. We are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join our team in Manchester.
The role will include providing high level support to our Executive Leadership Team, preparing agenda and board meeting materials, along with attending internal meetings and taking notes where required. Other facets of the role will include arranging meetings and appointments, ensuring diaries are up to date, providing supporting paperwork and information prior to meetings, along with taking responsibility of any other administrative duties where needed.
There will also be occasions where travel and accommodation arrangements need to be made and as such, liaising with the relevant companies to ensure this is taken care of, whilst ensuring all parties have up to date itineraries. There may also be times where support is needed with event planning.
