Role Overview

The Payroll Manager will oversee all aspects of payroll processing and administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. This role is pivotal to our finance team and supports multiple divisions across the company. Your expertise will ensure the smooth running of payroll operations and the implementation of statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
2. Prepare, calculate, and verify payroll data, including salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
3. Maintain accurate employee records in the payroll system.
4. Collaborate with HR to manage onboarding, terminations, and employee status changes.
5. Respond to payroll queries from employees and provide guidance on payroll legislation.
6. Review and improve payroll processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Ensure timely submission of statutory reports and payments.
