Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join our team in Manchester. This is a 6-9 month fixed-term contract starting in June 2025.

The role involves providing high-level support to our Executive Leadership Team, preparing agendas and board meeting materials, attending meetings, and taking notes. Additional responsibilities include arranging meetings and appointments, maintaining diaries, preparing supporting documents, and performing other administrative duties as needed.

Occasional travel and accommodation arrangements may be required, along with liaising with relevant companies to ensure itineraries are up to date. Event planning support may also be needed.

Other duties include:

  • Managing daily calendars and diaries
  • Raising POS and approving purchase requests
  • Coordinating schedules and meetings
  • Filing and expense approval
  • Supporting other Executive Assistants and providing cover when needed
  • Organizing team events and social gatherings
  • Managing inboxes and correspondence
  • Approving holiday requests
