We are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join our team in Manchester.
Please note this is a 6-9 month, fixed-term contract scheduled to commence in June 2025.
The role involves providing high-level support to our Executive Leadership Team, including preparing agendas and board meeting materials, attending internal meetings, and taking notes as required. Additional responsibilities include arranging meetings and appointments, maintaining diaries, providing necessary paperwork and information before meetings, and handling other administrative duties as needed.
Occasional travel and accommodation arrangements will be required, liaising with relevant companies to ensure smooth logistics and up-to-date itineraries. Support with event planning may also be needed.
