DPD is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to provide secretarial support to a Director. You will manage day-to-day communications, draft memos and letters, and prepare minutes of meetings as required.
The role requires strong organisational skills, discretion and the ability to work under pressure. You will coordinate diaries, book travel, arrange events, and act as the primary liaison between the Director, managers, customers and stakeholders.
To provide Secretarial service to one of Directors. This will include managing day to day communication/phone calls, producing memos, letters, documents and minutes of meetings as required.
We’ll also expect you to display all the qualities required to provide a wide ranging and confidential senior level Personal Assistant Support service, including:
