Qualifications

Where will you be working?

At M Group Telecom, we're enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in delivering our tech-enabled future. We provide full network cycle services for fixed, private, and mobile operators.

What will you be doing?

  • Providing comprehensive support to the Executive Team, including the Managing Director.
  • Coordinating large-scale transformational projects to ensure goals are achieved within required timelines, such as integrating acquisitions and mobilizing new contracts.
  • Managing team deadlines efficiently, handling diary management, and meeting coordination.
  • Organizing travel arrangements including hotels, trains, flights, taxis, ferries, and car hire for the executive team.
  • Assisting with basic office management tasks while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
  • Supporting frequent travel needs to meet the dynamic requirements of the leadership team.

What you'll bring?

  • A minimum of 2 years experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proactive attitude, discretion handling confidential information, adaptability to change and growth.
  • Experience in project management and problem-solving; people management experience is a plus but not essential.
