Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for Senior Executives, managing all incoming communications with professionalism and discretion
- Managemultiple complex andever‑changingdiaries, ensuring priorities are aligned and time is used effectively
- Coordinate UK and overseas travel arrangements, often involving complex logistics and tight timelines
- Organise and support key internal and external meetings, including agendas, actions, and follow‑ups
- Build strong working relationships with Senior Executives, Managers, and Executive Assistants across Expleo’sglobal organisation
- Provide high‑qualityadministrative and business support, including expenses, timesheets, and purchase requisitions
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity at all times while operating in a highly visible role
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities while remaining calm, organised, and professional
Qualifications
- A good level of education (graduate level preferred or equivalent professional experience)
Essential skills
- Exceptionalorganisation,time‑management, and prioritisationskills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail with a consistent focus on accuracy
- Confidence using your initiative to solve problems and manage competing demands
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- Strong proficiency withOutlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Experience
- Proven experience supporting Executive or Senior Leadership teams
- Experience working within atechnical, engineering, or consulting environment
- Exposure to supporting multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously
- Experience coordinating complex international travel and meetings
