University of the Built Environment seeks an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer at Horizons Reading, Berkshire. The role is full-time and permanent with two days per week from home.
Salary £34,000 per annum. The successful candidate will manage a busy workload, draft reports, and liaise with the Executive team and Senior Leadership Team to drive efficiency and effective decision-making.

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and professional Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Chief Operating Officer (COO), a key member of the University's Executive team.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting the COO's interactions with members of the Executive team, the Senior Leadership Team and colleagues across the University, helping to drive efficiency, collaboration and effective decision-making. With a proactive approach and excellent attention to detail, you will anticipate needs, manage competing priorities and provide seamless executive support in a dynamic environment.
