Join our team as Executive Assistant to the Chief People Officer!

We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Chief People Officer and the wider People Directorate. This is more than just diary management – it's a pivotal role where your ability to juggle complex schedules, draft high-quality communications, and serve as a trusted liaison will directly impact our strategic and operational success. As the People Executive Assistant, you will be the engine behind the scenes responsible for managing priorities, supporting high-impact projects, and ensuring our People Directorate operates smoothly and efficiently. From coordinating key initiatives and training events to safeguarding sensitive information, your work will be integral to shaping a positive employee experience across the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to build strong relationships, grow your skill set, and contribute to meaningful work in a values-led organisation that’s committed to making a difference.

The ideal candidate will be educated to A-level standard (or equivalent), with a degree or professional EA/PA qualification considered a strong advantage and have proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant at senior leadership level, ideally within a multi-site or complex organisation.

A background supporting HR or People teams is desirable, along with experience handling highly sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.

Working hours: 37 hours per week, full time, all year

Location: SET Head Office located at Kidsgrove Secondary School site with travel schools as needed.
