Elle R Leisure is an independent Restaurant, Bar and Hotel group, established in 1991. Based in Manchester, the company owns and operates venues across the North West of England, including Albert’s Restaurants, Dukes 92, Woodlands Hotel, Soughton Hall Hotel, Hello Hotel and Longridge House. As the Personal Assistant to our Operations Director, you'll be the right hand to one of the key leaders in our organisation. Your days will be filled with excitement and variety as you:

  • Manage the Director's calendar with precision, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and special events with finesse.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining clear and open lines of communication.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Assist in project management activities, including tracking progress, monitoring deadlines, and facilitating communication among team members.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes and strategic initiatives.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Anticipate the Director's needs and proactively seek opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

What You'll Bring:

We're looking for someone who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive into the fast-paced world of hospitality. To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry is a plus but not required – we're willing to train the right candidate!
