As our Executive Assistant, you will support the Managing Director of Roadside Services. This is a busy and varied role where you will be providing seamless management of the MD’s diary, travel arrangements, inbox management, organising and preparing for meetings as well as drafting and amending documents and reports.
You will be taking minutes in key meetings and responding to internal and external stakeholders.
You will be the ‘go to’ person for the Managing Director – Roadside and his team and will have the ability to successfully multi-task, playing a key role in facilitating seamless communication and effective time management.
Proactive and agile, you’ll anticipate business needs, triaging and prioritising to ensure timely responses and efficient completion of actions.
This role is based in our offices 4 days a week with most of your time spent with our Managing Director in either our London OR Basingstoke offices.
