Executive Assistant – Maternity Cover (Private Equity)

Start: June 2025 | Duration: 12 Months

Location: Mayfair, London | Hybrid Working (4:1 split)

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + Completion Bonus + Outstanding Benefits

Are you a career-driven Executive Assistant looking for your next challenge within a prestigious Private Equity firm? ISE Partners is delighted to be working with one of the industry's most respected and well-established investment firms to find an exceptional EA to cover a 12-month maternity contract.

This is a rare opportunity to join a world-class team in stunning Mayfair offices, supporting their CEO, a Senior Vice President in Investor Relations, and a Senior Associate within their Strategy Resource Group. The firm is known for its impeccable retention, outstanding culture of care (both financial and emotional), and global presence across six offices worldwide — including a team of around 100 in London.

What You’ll Be Doing

This role sits at the heart of the business. You’ll be providing seamless support to senior stakeholders, handling complex diary management, high-volume travel coordination, confidential correspondence, and all manner of executive-level assistance. The role will involve:

  • Leading end-to-end diary and meeting management across time zones
  • Booking extensive international travel and itineraries – private air experience a plus
  • Preparing presentation decks, reports, meeting briefs, and minutes
  • Managing expenses via Concur and maintaining accurate records
  • Handling sensitive and confidential material with the utmost discretion
  • Liaising confidently with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Playing an integral role in maintaining the high-functioning, collaborative EA team dynamic
  • Offering occasional off-hours support when required

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll be a natural problem solver and master organiser – cool under pressure and proactive in nature. Ideally, you’ll have experience working within Private Equity or a similar alternative investment environment, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-performing setting. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, with:

  • Previous experience as a senior EA, ideally within PE, financial services or Investment Banking
  • Degree-educated with strong A-levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • First-class attention to detail and organisational capabilities
  • Strong tech skills: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Concur
  • A discreet, calm and confident manner

What’s On Offer

  • Base Salary: £60,000 – £70,000
  • Completion Bonus: Paid at the end of the contract
  • Private Medical, Dental, Life & Disability Insurance: 100% of coverage paid by the firm
  • Pension: 15% employer contribution to a Group Worksave Pension Scheme
  • Hybrid Working: 4 days in-office / 1 day WFH (flexibility appreciated)
  • Start Date: Early June 2025, including a 3–4 week handover period
