If the climate & environment issues matter to you, then we are currently working with a client that is a driver with Government exposure and who is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to provide full support to their CEO and an additional Head. Whilst advancing your EA skills within a C-Suite level, you would be given the opportunity to gain exposure within climate change policies and related initiatives.

EA to CEO & Director of Analysis

Location: Canary Wharf, London

Salary: £37,784 per annum. Full Time. Hybrid

Contract: Permanent

As the EA to the CEO and Director of Analysis, you will play a pivotal role in managing their daily activities. Working under tight deadlines and pressure, your role will provide exposure across a broad range of areas that the advisory specializes in globally. Project support and relationship management will offer opportunities to expand beyond traditional PA tasks.

EA Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to four busy partners, managing their diaries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring their day runs efficiently. Manage the private office inbox as well as the inbox of the CEO.
  • Communication Management: Act as the first point of contact for both internal and external communications, including managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Send correspondence to key stakeholders around report launches, events, and stakeholder moments.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organise and prepare for meetings, including arranging logistics, creating agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Document Management: Handle confidential documents and assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed. Review speaking requests for all staff and manage related correspondence. Arrange attendance, briefings, and logistics for external events. Create briefing materials from pre-designed work and repackage as appropriate.
  • Travel Arrangements: Manage travel for senior staff as required, including planning visits and international conference attendance.
  • Task and Deadline Management: Assist partners in managing their tasks, projects, and deadlines to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Client Interaction: Interact with clients professionally, maintaining confidentiality and assisting with basic inquiries. Build relationships with relevant diary managers in Government departments to facilitate smooth communication. Proactively engage with Government departments to ensure the advisory connects with the right personnel.
  • Office Support: Provide general administrative support to ensure operational efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven 4+ years experience as an Executive Assistant; exposure to civil service or UHNWI is preferred but not mandatory.
