This role reports onsite in our London office.

The Role:

Moonbug Entertainment is looking for a talented Executive Assistant to join the team at our London office. The Executive Assistant will support our MD with scope of supporting other departments in the daily administrative duties required to run our rapidly growing UK business helping to implement and drive a long-term growth strategy for the business. This role requires on-site presence during the weekdays.

Ultimately, this role will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalised and timely support to executive members. The successful candidate will be a proactive and positive thinker with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

● Preparation and creation of presentations and other documents to support business needs.

● Manage executives’ calendars and scheduling.

● Set up and co-ordination of meetings and events.

● Travel arrangements and expenses, including itinerary planning.

● Assist on ad hoc tasks such as research documents and new IP projects.

● Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.

● Creation and maintenance of internal process documents and databases to support business needs.

● Other general duties as assigned.

● Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.

● Attend team meetings and provide notes and follow ups where necessary.

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of executive/administrative assistant experience
  • Experience in supporting technology executive
  • Interest in the digital entertainment space or children’s media industry.
  • Excellent communication skills; must be articulate and professional both in written and verbal forms of communication.
  • Ability to work proactively, independently and reliably under tight timeframes in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of organisation and attention to detail. Ability to time-manage across multiple deadlines is a must.
  • Highly collaborative, resourceful, curious, and calm under pressure.
