To help achieve this, we're looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Advance Wound Management (AWM) Operations and Compliance executive leadership.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a diverse team at the forefront of operations in our business. The role requires a proactive, self-starting individual to handle senior leadership administration and provide specialized project support. If you have outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities, this opportunity is for you!

What will you be doing?

You will be an effective assistant to our Vice President for AWM operations and our Chief Compliance Officer. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling meetings (face-to-face and virtual) and managing diaries for seamless coordination.
  • Handling travel expense reports and ensuring timely submissions.
  • Organizing leadership meetings and Town Hall events, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Managing expense submissions efficiently.
  • Handling ad hoc requests for workshops and hospitality needs.
What will you need to be successful?

We seek candidates with an educational background in Business and Administration or experience as a Corporate Executive Assistant. You should respond well under pressure, be proactive, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively with people at all levels within the organization is essential.
