Octopus Capital is seeking an organized Executive Assistant to provide high‑level support to senior leaders. You will manage diaries, emails and meetings, prepare PowerPoint presentations, and help drive key objectives across the leadership team.
In this role you will support board meetings, coordinate papers, and oversee travel arrangements, while balancing a busy workload in a deadline-driven environment. Hybrid working is available.
This is a fast-paced EA role providing high-level support to senior leaders within the Octopus Capital team. You'll play an important role in keeping the team running smoothly, with responsibility for extensive diary management, meeting arrangements and acting as a trusted point of contact for those you support. The role will involve working across all parts of the wider Octopus Group and will suit someone who is highly organised, proactive and confident working in a deadline-driven environment, with the ability to juggle and prioritise a busy and varied workload.
