Description
Reporting to the Senior EA to the CEO, you will support three C-suite leaders across Technology, Product and Customer Experience. Two are based remotely in Europe, and one is UK-based with regular time in the London office. You will work closely with the Senior EA, with autonomy to manage your own priorities, use your judgement, and ask for help or escalation when needed.
Your Key Responsibilities
You will provide proactive, high-level support to C-suite leaders, helping them stay focused, prepared, and effective in a busy global environment.
- Manage complex diaries, priorities, and competing demands with sound judgement and strategic lens.
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper, anticipating needs, spotting risks, and keeping leaders focused on high-impact work.
- Coordinate executive meetings, agendas, materials, actions, and follow-up so priorities keep moving.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and support clear, professional communication across a global organisation.
- Prepare and review documents, briefings, updates, and communications for leadership discussions and decisions.
- Plan domestic and international travel, including complex itineraries, time zones, and last minute changes.
- Support global ways of working, including occasional early or late meetings for international teams or travelling executives.
- Coordinate team meetings, offsites, leadership sessions and hackathons, including logistics and follow-up.
- Partner with the Senior EA to the CEO, provide cover during periods of leave and help improve EA ways of working.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders in a complex, global, or high growth environment.
- Strong judgement, discretion and confidence prioritising, gatekeeping, and making decisions with appropriate support and context.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and follow-through across multiple priorities.
- Commercial awareness and curiosity about business context, customers, and decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including drafting polished updates, briefings, and correspondence.
- A calm, adaptable, and solution-focused approach in a fast-moving or ambiguous environment.
- Confidence using Microsoft 365 and other collaboration, scheduling, and productivity tools.
