About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive & Team Assistant to support designated Senior Managers and their teams within our London Branch. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations, effective coordination, and compliance with internal policies and budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex diaries and coordinate meetings for Senior Managers and stakeholders
  • Organise travel arrangements, visa documentation, and expense approvals
  • Track attendance for internal committees and orchestrate meeting logistics
  • Maintain and update client information in our CRM system (Nat 1)
  • Prepare KPI reports including P&L, client contributions, project progress, and expenses
  • Liaise with the Communications team to coordinate client and internal events
  • Screen calls and handle enquiries professionally
  • Register client meetings in the Compliance tool (Odeon Ethics)
  • Support cross-departmental coordination and communication, including with international offices
Qualifications & Skills
Essential
  • Proven experience in administrative support roles
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Desirable
  • Experience in a corporate or financial services environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
