Citizens Advice North Nottinghamshire (CANNS) is looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Senior Management Team (SMT) - the Chief Executive, Deputy Chief Executive and People Manager. By streamlining their operational and administrative responsibilities, you'll enable the SMT to focus on strategic leadership.
You'll provide high-level, confidential support across a genuinely varied workload; managing diaries and correspondence, facilitating internal and external communications, and supporting our Trustee Board. The role also includes HR administration, policy coordination and quality compliance, so no two weeks will look the same.
We're looking for someone comfortable managing multiple priorities with discretion and initiative. You'll ensure meetings are well organised and documented, SMT communications are timely and professional, and internal systems run smoothly - from coordinating recruitment paperwork to liaising with contractors on office maintenance, your work will reach every part of the organisation.
You'll be based primarily at our Worksop office, with occasional responsibilities at Mansfield and Retford. In return, we offer a supportive and collaborative working environment, encouragement for your professional development, and the backing of a team that consistently achieves outstanding results in quality audits, staff surveys and client satisfaction surveys.
