Executive Assistant – Real Estate Investment

£60,000 – £75,000 DOE

Full-Time, Permanent

4 days in the office, one day working from home.

We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support a dynamic leadership team within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial real estate investment firm based in Central London.

This is a newly created EA role, offering a rare opportunity to shape the function and become a pivotal part of a growing business. This is perfect for someone who loves being a true right hand and is ready to take ownership from day one.

The EA Role:

As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high level administrative and strategic support to senior executives, ensuring seamless daily operations. You’ll manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, prepare board level documents and act as a key liaison internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive diary and inbox management for senior leadership
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and investor materials
  • Organise board meetings, investor events, and internal offsites
  • Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion
  • Liaise with investors, partners, and stakeholders on behalf of executives
  • Take ownership of projects and support business initiatives
About You
  • Solid experience in an EA or business support role (ideally in real estate, private equity or investment)
  • Impeccable organisational and communication skills
  • Highly proactive with a calm and solution oriented approach
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, ever evolving environment
  • Tech savvy and confident using MS Office and modern productivity tools
