An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Corporate Administration Team within the Corporate Governance Directorate in DHCW.
We are recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive, confidential support to our Chief Executive Officer and Chair.
Responsibilities include providing complex and ever-changing diary management, providing comprehensive, confidential and proactive email management, coordinating multiple travel arrangements, in addition to other general administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Executive support, with the ability to provide strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer, be a proactive problem solver, with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for detail, be innovative, well organised, and be able to work in a challenging and busy environment whilst dealing with competing priorities.
The ability to speak Cymraeg is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
