Bush Theatre is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support the Executive team and manage office operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, integrity, and the ability to maintain effective communication with a variety of stakeholders. This permanent part-time role offers an opportunity to contribute to an inclusive and diverse workplace while ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
Bush Theatre is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly organised Personal Assistant to support our Executive team, providing additional capacity, streamlining processes and maintaining great relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This position will also manage our office on Uxbridge Road, ensuring a smooth day to day operation and reception for our visitors.
Hours: 21 hours per week excluding an hour unpaid break, across four days, two full days and two half days, although additional hours may be necessary to fulfil the requirements of the post. Working day between 9am and 5pm or 10 and 6pm.
Holidays: 30 days per annum inclusive of Bank Holidays
Probation: Three months
Contract type: Permanent
Notice period: 1 month during probationary period, 3 months thereafter

Purpose of the role
The Executive and Operations Assistant is responsible for providing personal assistance support and diary management to the Executive team. To manage the day to day functioning of our office on Uxbridge Road and Reception for our visitors. The Executive and Operations Assistant will act as a key point of contact for a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally and operate with integrity and confidentiality at all times.
