Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking an Agentic Strategy & Advisory Lead in London to shape the AI agenda for clients at executive level, translating agentic capability into business value, measurable outcomes and strategic roadmaps. You will design, build and run AI-enabled customer experiences across channels, embedding GenAI and intelligent automation in journeys and operations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in management consulting, AI strategy and/or digital transformation advisory.
• Strong ability to translate AI potential into business value and to operate at C-suite level.
• Excellent storytelling and stakeholder management across complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI strategy engagements with executive-level narratives connecting AI capability to commercial outcomes.
• Build business cases and investment frameworks for C-suite audiences.
• Lead data workstreams and translate insights into strategic client value opportunities.
• Shape agentic programme principles and governance for delivery.
• Provide a clear point of view on AI capabilities and business impact.
• Support clients in AI governance, technology selection and operating model design.
