Executive Administrator
Central Office, around a 10-minute walk from Highbury and Islington Station. Hybrid working available, approximately 2-3 days per week in the office including Tuesdays. Additional office, service, and away days may be required.
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00. Some work outside these hours, including evenings for board meetings, may be required.
Reporting to the Director of Finance and Resource, you will provide high-level administrative and governance support to leaders, including the SLT, The Board, and CEO. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, managing governance processes, supporting strategic initiatives, and overseeing compliance with health and safety regulations. You will line manage 2 Administrative Support Officers.
Organised, detail-oriented, proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills. Experience in high-level administration, minute-taking, managing online platforms, financial skills, and handling confidential information is essential. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines is required.
