Job description
  • As Executive (Accounts& Finance), you will remain fully responsible and accountable for all the activities of the your post.
  • Proper recording of the daily transaction like sister concerns' accounts, collection, payments, vouchers and reconciliation with the bank statement. Banking communication through the letters consulting with the Executive Director and Directors of all the concerns. Prepare the outstanding balance of banks .
  • To check the unit' accounts and update daily balance with product current price which may change time to time.
  • To prepare the monthly statement and provide them to resemble the balance.
  • To Prepare, examine, and analyze bills/invoices, vouchers, accounting records and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Perform entries to proper accounts.
  • To have the knowledge to prepare balance sheet/income statements and other related financial statements.
  • To conduct thorough audits of financial statements, accounting records, and internal controls to assess the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial information.
  • To prepare comprehensive audit reports documenting findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
  • To prepare the monthly distributor statement and provide them to resemble the balance.
  • To provide guidance and training to staff on internal control procedures, compliance requirements, and audit methodologies.
  • To assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by top management.
