TC Group in Southampton is recruiting an Executive Accountant to advance your career within a large service charge specialist team. You will lead and execute ISA800 audits, review junior staff work and ensure high-quality client service across our market-leading clients.

The role blends technical accounting excellence with team leadership and clear progression opportunities in a fast-growing top 20 firm. Flexible, hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Background in accounting or double-entry bookkeeping.
• Experience in an accountancy practice preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple accounts with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organised and methodical workload management.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of service charge accounting advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Execute ISA800 audit assignments and Factual Findings Reports for service charge accounts.
• Review work by junior team members and handle client queries.
• Aide in delivering exceptional client service to market-leading clients.
