IRIS Software Group is seeking a Revenue Operations Associate to support our Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams by turning data into insights.

You will maintain forecasts, build Excel-based reports, and analyze large datasets to inform leaders on performance and opportunities. This is an ideal early-career role for numerate graduates with strong Excel skills who want commercial analytics exposure.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills with formulas, lookups and Pivot Tables required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sales forecasting processes across our global sales teams.
• Monitor sales performance vs targets, budgets and forecasts.
• Build and maintain Excel-based reports, models, dashboards and trackers.
• Analyse large datasets with accuracy to support revenue decisions.
• Identify data quality issues within Salesforce and fix them.
• Prepare regular forecast presentations for senior leaders.
