Job summary

Brush Group is seeking a plant operator for projects across remote Scottish sites. You will operate a range of plant, Maintain safety standards and work with site teams to meet programme requirements. Accommodation and subsistence are provided as per company policy.

Flexibility to travel, overtime and weekend work when required is essential. A CSCS card plus CPCS/NPORS qualifications and a full UK driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• CSCS card and CPCS/NPORS competencies required.
• Full UK driving license required.
• Willingness to travel and work away from home, overtime and weekends as needed.
• Experience on civil engineering, utilities or infrastructure projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate excavators, dumpers, telehandlers and other relevant machinery.
• Complete daily plant checks and report defects or maintenance needs.
• Load/unload and safely handle plant, equipment and materials.
• Work with RAMS, safety requirements and environmental controls.
• Collaborate with Construction Managers, Site Managers and ground teams to complete works safely and on programme.
• Maintain plant records, timesheets and routine maintenance checks.
• Support general site activities when plant operations are not required.
