Job summary

EDF Energy is seeking an Excavator Operator for the Sizewell C project with L-Lynch Plant. You will safely operate an excavator, carry out excavation, grading, trenching, loading and material handling in line with site requirements.

The role requires a valid CPCS or NPORS ticket with CSCS, prior experience on large civil engineering sites, and evidence of the right to work in the UK. You will work on a busy site, follow directions from supervisory staff, and uphold strict health and safety

Qualifications

• Valid CPCS or NPORS ticket with CSCS logo.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate an Excavator to perform excavation, grading, trenching, loading and material handling.
• Comply with health, safety, environmental and site procedures.
• Complete pre-start checks to ensure equipment is safe and operational.
• Load and move materials safely according to site plans.
• Report defects or maintenance issues promptly to management.
