East Kent Colleges Group is seeking a College Services Team Leader (Exams) at EKC Canterbury College. You will lead the Exams Team within College Services, delivering a responsive, customer‑oriented service to students during assessment and exams.

You will ensure JCQ and awarding body compliance, manage exam sittings, and maintain accurate data. The role requires experience as an exams professional with knowledge of JCQ regulations and strong IT and people skills to support staff and students

Competenze

• Experience as an exams professional with knowledge of JCQ regulations.
• Empathetic leadership to support staff and students.
• Experience as Exams Centre Officer/Manager preferred.
• Strong data validation and attention to detail.
• Good IT skills to enhance the student experience.
