The role involves managing Exams Assistants, preparing, collating, and processing entries across various systems, and maintaining accurate records.
Additionally, responsibilities include verifying invoices against recorded data, handling queries, and adhering to procedures for the secure storage and recording of documentation. The successful candidate will work flexibly as part of the team, contributing to efficient data processes, systems, and procedures to deliver a high-quality support service to staff.
Applicants must have extensive administration experience, confident communication and initiative skills and the ability to demonstrate extensive data input experience.
A Level 3 Business Administration or equivalent is required and the ability to work to an exceptionally high level of accuracy.
Up to date knowledge of Awarding Bodies and complex IT systems would be an advantage.
This role is on a full-time basis; 37 hours per week.
