Chiltern Way Academy Trust in Wendover is seeking an Exams Coordinator to ensure access arrangements meet JCQ standards and that every student walks into the exam room properly prepared.
You will work with our SENDCo and therapies team, run exam rooms, invigilation and secure script dispatch, and support mocks, coursework, BTEC and standardised testing across the Trust.
£34,319 - £36,974 FTE (actual around £30,425.11 - £32,778.87)
37 Hours and 41 weeks per year (possible flexibility around hours) - Based at our Wendover site

Coordinating access arrangements with our SENDCo. Delivering exam-prep and study skills sessions with the therapies team. Running exam rooms, invigilation and secure script dispatch. Supporting mocks, coursework, BTEC and standardised testing like CAT4. All to Trust and JCQ standards.
GCSE English and Maths 4 (or equivalent) and a Level 3 qualification, or equivalent experience. Calm, discreet and resilient, especially around exam anxiety. Understanding of ASC, SEMH and EBSA needs. Experience of exam administration, invigilation or supporting SEND students is a bonus, not a must, full training given.
