Job summary

Heart of Worcestershire College is seeking an Examinations and Timetabling Assistant to support attendance data, timetables, examinations and related queries across campuses.

You will liaise with awarding bodies, ensure secure handling of papers and results, and help monitor ILR reports while delivering excellent customer service.

The role offers CPD, progression, and a supportive, inclusive environment with opportunities to work across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate attendance, register, examination entry, and curriculum timetable data within college information systems.
• Produce and update timetables, while resolving timetable, register, and examination queries efficiently for service users.
• Liaise with awarding bodies regarding examinations, results, certificates, and related queries.
• Ensure the secure receipt, storage, distribution, and dispatch of examination papers, results, and certificates in line with examination regulations.
• Support wider departmental processes, provide excellent customer service, monitor attendance and ILR reports, and work across college campuses as required.
