Job summary

Carshalton College is seeking a Senior Examinations Officer to manage and allocate team caseloads across Carshalton and Merton colleges. You will oversee all student registrations, data uploads, access arrangements, results and certificates in line with JCQ deadlines and regulations, and act as the centre liaison with awarding bodies and academic staff.

You will manage purchase orders, invoices and invigilation payments via VT2000 and external agencies, ensuring the exams budget is accurate and

Qualifications

• Experience in an examinations team with compliance to procedures and regulations.
• High level computer literacy with good working knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for a range of audiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee registrations, data uploads, access arrangements, results and certificates.
