Job summary

Carshalton College is seeking a Senior Examinations Officer to lead the examinations team across Carshalton and Merton colleges. You will oversee registrations, data uploads, access arrangements, results and certificates, ensuring deadlines are met and regulations are followed.

You will manage PO processes, invoicing, and invigilator payments via VT2000, maintaining accurate budgets and reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in an examinations team.
• Knowledge of JCQ regulations and awarding body rules.
• Strong IT skills with Excel and data handling.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee registrations, data uploads, access arrangements, results and certificates.
• Manage purchases, invoices, and recharging for exam expenditures.
• Process invigilator payments and budget administration.
• Liaise with awarding bodies, Heads of School and academic staff.
