Job summary

South Wolds Academy and Sixth Form is seeking an Examinations Officer for a permanent role responsible for planning, administering and delivering the entire examination process across the academy. The role operates in line with JCQ regulations and awarding body rules, coordinating with the Data Manager, senior leaders, teaching staff and invigilators to provide a reliable service to students, staff and parents.

Applicants must have an enhanced DBS check and the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for planning, administering and delivering the examination process across the academy
• Administering and managing all internal and external examinations
• Ensuring examinations comply with JCQ regulations and awarding body requirements
• Managing examinations securely, accurately and efficiently
• Working with the Data Manager, senior leaders, teaching staff and invigilators
• Giving a high-quality service to students, staff and parents
