Wickersley School and Sports College is seeking an Exams Officer to oversee the administration and delivery of all examinations, ensuring JCQ compliance and awarding body requirements. You will lead entries, tier selections, and results day planning, working with SEN staff and invigilators to provide a calm, well-organised environment for our students.

The role requires GCSEs in English and Maths, a relevant admin or supervisory qualification, and strong MIS/data analysis skills.

Competenze

• GCSEs English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above.
• Relevant admin, data management, or supervisory qualification (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in educational administration or managing examinations processes.
• Strong proficiency in MIS and data analysis tools.
• Good understanding of legislation, admin procedures, and health and safety requirements.

Mansioni

• Oversee end-to-end administration of all examinations, ensuring JCQ and awarding body compliance.
• Manage student entries, tier selections, linear assessments, and coursework submissions within deadlines.
• Coordinate access arrangements and special considerations for eligible students.
• Recruit, train, and manage external invigilators for secure exam operations.
• Maintain secure handling of examination papers and materials.
