Job summary

eTeach UK Limited is seeking an Examinations/Data Officer in Wales to support the school’s assessment and administration for examinations. The role requires leading invigilators, managing the MIS, and ensuring accurate data capture during exams.

The successful candidate will work within a supportive leadership team, with a focus on raising standards and maintaining strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.

Qualifications

• Excellent team player with confidence using Management Information Systems (Bromcom) and willingness to train on new systems.
• Able to work independently and as part of a wider team.
• Supervise and support the school administrative team to ensure effective delivery of services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the school administrative team to ensure efficient delivery of admin services for examinations.
• Lead and manage a team of exam invigilators to ensure smooth exam operations.
• Maintain and analyse data using the school's MIS and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with SLT and teaching staff to support assessment and reporting cycles.
