Job summary

The Thomas Hardye School in Dorchester is seeking an Examinations Manager to lead a compliant, robust examination process for Key Stages 4 and 5. You will manage data collection, processing, analysis and reporting with accuracy and integrity, while safeguarding data and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will supervise examination officers and a large team of invigilators, work with senior leaders and teaching staff, and contribute to a welcoming, professional school environment with strong ICT

Qualifications

• Experience in school examination processes.
• Proven data management and accuracy in processing examination information.
• Knowledge of data protection regulations and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, analyse, and distribute examination data with high accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with awarding body regulations and school policies.
• Supervise and line-manage examination officers and invigilators.
• Provide accurate examination data and reports to SLT, staff, and external agencies.
