Job summary

The Thomas Hardye School is seeking an Examinations Manager to lead a compliant and robust examination process across KS4 and KS5. You will drive data accuracy, security, and timely reporting while managing a team of examination staff and invigilators.

The role requires excellent ICT skills, strong communication, and a thorough understanding of safeguarding and data protection requirements. The post offers full-time hours with a pro-rata option during school holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in examining processes within a school setting.
• Proven track record of accurate data entry and data handling.
• Knowledge of data protection requirements and safeguarding practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the examination process to ensure compliance and robustness for KS4 and KS5.
• Manage the collection, processing, analysis, and distribution of examination data.
• Provide accurate examination data and reports to senior leadership and external agencies.
• Supervise and line manage examination officers and a large team of casual invigilators.
• Ensure security and integrity of examination data throughout the cycle.
