Job summary

Gordon Yates is recruiting an Examinations Co-ordinator for a 6-month temporary assignment near Tower Hill. The role is hybrid with 2 days in the office and 3 from home, paying £22.52 per hour, based on a salary band of £35,791–£39,651.

You will provide administrative support to relevant panels and working groups, maintain CASC scenario records, build examinations in the CASC system, organise writing days and panel meetings, support examiner recruitment and invigilation, and process candidate

Qualifications

• Experience in an examinations or assessment environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Willingness to travel and stay away overnight.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of scenario development, QA checks, and feedback for CASC question bank.
• Build examinations in the CASC marking system and perform quality assurance checks.
• Organise CASC scenario development activities, including writing days and panel meetings.
• Support examiner and exam panel recruitment training, including admin for training days.
• Attend examination centres to invigilate and assist on examination days (face-to-face or online).
• Process candidate applications for Examinations when instructed by the Head of Examinations or in staff absence.
