An established educational institution is seeking dedicated invigilators to ensure smooth examination processes. This role is vital for supporting students and maintaining exam integrity. The university is seeking reliable staff to join our pool of invigilators for various examinations. This role is essential for ensuring smooth examination processes and supporting students to perform their best.
Additional exams may be scheduled at other times throughout the year, generally from Monday to Saturday.
Most exams start at 10:00 AM or 2:00 PM and last between one to three hours. You can specify your availability for particular dates and times to accommodate other commitments.
Invigilators are expected to arrive 1.5 hours before the exam and may finish up to one hour after it concludes. An hourly rate is payable for the entire working period.
Training sessions for invigilators are required before their first session.
Exams are held at The King's Centre (Osney Mead), Headington Campus, and occasionally other campuses.
This role does not qualify for a Skilled Worker visa under the points-based immigration system. However, applications from candidates without current UK work rights are welcome if they are eligible for a visa through other routes.
