Job summary

Stourport High School & VIth Form College is recruiting Exam Invigilators on a casual basis to provide flexible, reliable support during examinations. No prior invigilation experience is required as full training will be provided.

Exam Invigilator

Casual position available

Paid an enhanced hourly rate of £15.23

Position available with immediate effect

Looking for a role that works flexibly around you? Stourport High School & VIth Form College are looking to recruit to their team of Exam Invigilators, who have good interpersonal skills and can be a confident and reassuring presence to candidates in examination rooms. The ideal candidates will be able to give instructions and manage a variety of situations involving different groups of people. Experience of invigilation is not required as training in the role and duties of an invigilator will be provided.

As an invigilator, you will observe students taking exams and assessments and ensure that exam board regulations are adhered to. You will assist the exams team in the setup of the exam rooms to make sure that the conditions are optimal for the students. The successful candidate will share our values and have a commitment to creating a friendly, welcoming environment for all students, staff and visitors.

We are recruiting this position to work in either of our high schools, which will be determined based on examination needs.
